The Paper & Clay is a national juried exhibition open to all BFA & MFA printmaking and ceramic students across the country. This is the 8th annual exhibition which will showcase over 60 exceptional contemporary student works from various academic institutions.
National African American Read-In
Lecture/Readings | Inclusive Excellence
The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is hosting an African American Read-In during the month of February. The African American Read-In is a national effort promoted by the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE). Dr. Adena Rivera-Dundas and Cree Taylor are coordinating the Read-In here at USU. All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to join in reading Go Tell it on the Mountain by James Baldwin. Dr. Rivera-Dundas is organizing both a reading schedule and a series of four Reading Group meetings throughout February to delve into discussions about the text.
CHaSS Research: Grants 101 for Faculty
Workshop/Training
This workshop is for CHaSS faculty who would like to review the best practices in grants. The Proposal Development Team will review: processes and policies to follow at USU; Kuali; budget development; and other important themes as they relate to the development of grant applications and post-grant management. Jazz Jams

Join us for the Jazz Jams Series! Each Jazz Jams session will showcase the Caine Jazz Combo, a special guest artist, and talented jazz students from the Music Department, all performing timeless jazz standards. Whether you're an enthusiast or a musician, you're invited to be part of the action—bring your instrument and join the jam session!
Jazz Jams will take place at the Hub Stage on the first floor of the Taggart Student Center. Don't miss this chance to experience great music and collaborate with fellow jazz lovers. We look forward to seeing you there!
