Senior Voice Recital: Camryn Rasmussen

Senior Voice Recital for Camryn Rasmussen, a student of Thomas Glenn. Faure's Nell, Schumann's Widmung, and Ponchielli's Dimenticar ben mio, will be performed among other pieces. Select pieces will be accompanied by Adam Bowen.
Symphonic Band

Concerts are part of the band’s large ensemble curriculum. As capstone events, they typically occur twice per semester. Participation in these events is a significant component of students’ grades, and the concerts are the culmination of several weeks of classroom rehearsals. All concerts are associated with one or more of the following band ensembles: MUSC 4700 Wind Orchestra, MUSC 3795 Wind Symphony, MUSC 3790 Symphonic Band, and MUSC 3785 Marching Band.

In conflict? At home, at work, or in your community? Learn the skills to transform your conflicts with with USU Peacebuilding professor Chad Ford in an interactive two-hour workshop. The Dangerous Love workshop takes you through an interactive process that Professor Ford has developed to help individuals, families and groups work through conflict. Everyone in attendance will be asked to think deeply about a person or group they are in conflict with and then we will, together as a group, work through the conflict. Expect to play some games, wrestle with some deep questions and hopefully, find a path to transform your conflict into something constructive.

Featuring works by female composers, including Cecile Chaminade's "Concertino", Ivana Loudova's "Suite for Solo Flute", and "Sonatina for Two Flutes" by Shulamit Ran, among other pieces. "Christmas in Montpelier" is a stage adaptation of Ross Peterson's beloved book, showcasing the early life of one of America's most cherished history teachers. Through wry humor, a strong work ethic, and genuine kindness, Peterson's story comes to life in this captivating one-man show starring Richie Call. Join us to experience the magic of Christmas as it unfolds on stage.
