Balghare is an Assistant Professor of Technical Communication and Rhetoric at Utah State University’s Statewide campus in Tooele, Utah. She holds a PhD in Technical Communication and Rhetoric from Texas Tech University, a master’s degree in Technical and Professional Communication from Auburn University, and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Pune, India. After earning her engineering degree, Dr. Balghare began her career as an associate editor at Cactus Communications in India, where she edited scientific research papers for authors worldwide. This experience sparked her interest in technical communication and inspired her to pursue graduate studies. She has been exploring the intersection of technology, communication, and human experience ever since. Her research interests include engineering writing, technical communication, User Experience design, and healthcare communication.
