November 7, 2025	Department Head’s recommendation to Dean
November 19, 2025	Dean’s recommendation to Provost
December 10, 2025	President’s notification of non-renewal to candidate if applicable

June 1 – September 15	Department head solicitation of external peer review letters
Department Deadline	Departments may require earlier deadlines to accommodate for external review letters. Please work with your department head for department specific deadlines and processes.

November 26, 2025	Committee’s recommendation to Department Head **Committee should mention the vote in the letter
December 12, 2025	Department Head’s recommendation to Dean
January 9, 2026	Dean’s recommendation to Provost
April 15, 2026	President’s notification of decision to candidate
