Cache County Human Services Assessment: Inclusivity and Support for Diverse Populations

To provide the Northern Social Services Nonprofit Coalition (NSSNC) with a head start in building evidence for strategic initiatives, the purpose of this project is to conduct a community assessment analyzing the available services and service gaps in the Cache County area related to 5 key areas: Homelessness & Housing; Aging & Persons with Disabilities; Food Security; Substance Use & Mental Health; and Inclusivity & Support for Diverse Populations.
