Registration Includes
- Engaging presentations, activities, and conversations across a half-day Monday afternoon, a full day on Tuesday, and a half-day Wednesday morning.
- Dinner on Monday; lunch and dinner on Tuesday; lunch on Wednesday.
- 8 hours of social work continuing education provided by the USU Transforming Communities Institute.

We have arranged a block rate for a limited number of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites and the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western in Price. To be part of either of these block rates, reservations must be made prior to April 10, 2026.
