REACH Lab awarded two grants to support Students on the Margins project 

The REACH Lab was recently awarded two grants: The Mountain West Center for Regional Studies Faculty Small Grant, which supports research in and about the Intermountain West, and the USU Center for Intersectional Gender Studies & Research Seed Grant, which supports substantial interdisciplinary research projects related to the Center’s mission. Together worth $7000, the grants will support the REACH Lab’s Students on the Margins project. In response to Utah House Bill 261, which eliminated diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in higher education, this project aims to explore how this bill impacts Utah college students’ belonging and wellbeing, among other relevant outcomes.
