The Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art at Utah State University will welcome artist Gregg Deal for a lecture and in-gallery visual and spoken word performance at 5 p.m. Thursday. This performance, in conjunction with the lecture, is free and open to all.
The Wassermann Piano series will bring Grammy Award-winning concert pianist Garrick Ohlsson to Utah State University.
A series of public talks next week will examine how the mid-20th-century practice of "song catching" is being reimagined today through the Intermountain Song Trails project.

Apply/Audition
Auditions will be held on different dates in February. Find the audition dates, deadlines, and pre-screening requirements on our Application page.
Students who are unable to travel to campus for a live audition may submit a video audition.
Scholarship Deadlines
To quality for scholarships, there are some important deadlines to remember:
- You must complete the USU Admission Application by December 1st to be eligible for academic scholarships
- Complete the USU General Scholarship Application by March 30th (this requires an A-number)
- Caine Scholars for Excellence deadline is March 15th, early application is encouraged
- Complete your FAFSA, even if you don't think you will qualify for federal financial aid, to ensure you are eligible for more scholarships regardless of your need index
