Templates

Browse our collection of customizable, UMAC-approved templates to quickly create professional, on-brand materials for your department, program, event, or initiative. Select a template category to get started.

Canva Templates

Need access to Canva? Check with your department ADC or unit coordinator before requesting an enterprise license, as many departments and units already have an account. This helps us make efficient use of the licenses available to the college. Most MarCom templates are designed to work with the free version.

Screens

Utah State University allows posts to a variety of screens around campus via direct request. Several departments oversee requests directly. To reach additional monitors within the College of Arts & Sciences, please contact the ArtSci TV Monitor Administrators.

Note: the posting of graphics is at the discretion of each monitor admin. Graphics sent to the Mehdi Heravi Global Teaching & Learning Center (MHC) require vertical orientation (1080x1920 pixels).

Design

Original materials featuring USU trademarks require UMAC approval before distribution. Submit your artwork for review, and ArtSci MarCom will be notified and can help if revisions are needed.

Note: Materials designed by MarCom go through approved as part of our process, and official USU social media posts generally do not need to include logos.

Students

Looking for support with a student organization, event, or project? While ArtSci MarCom primarily serves college and department initiatives, we've compiled resources below to help students access campus tools, services, and support.

Story Ideas

Pitch a story idea! Share student, faculty, staff, and alumni stories with ArtSci MarCom. While we aren't able to pursue every story idea, each submission is reviewed and considered for possible promotion through the most appropriate channels.

“DIY” Press Releases

Press releases are best reserved for stories with broad audience appeal and lasting relevance.

If you choose to create your own press release, please share it with ArtSci MarCom for review before submitting a release to Utah State Today or other outlets, so we can help refine messaging, coordinate communications, and identify the best opportunities for promotion.

Priority

As a single team serving a large and varied community, ArtSci MarCom prioritizes projects based on university, college, and departmental objectives. We look forward to partnering with you and appreciate your help in submitting requests as early and completely as possible.

Request Support

Need marketing or communications support? Submit your project through the MarCom Support Request Form. To help us prioritize requests and allocate resources effectively, we encourage you to coordinate with your department leadership and plan ahead. Most service requests — flyers, headshots, and e-newsletter announcements — require at least two weeks' notice, while larger projects — campaigns, publications, event programs, video productions, and comprehensive marketing support — often require substantially more lead time (4-6 weeks after receipt of all source content).
