Patrik Roderer

Biography

Patrik Roderer started playing the viola at age nine, and thanks to excellent mentors, has had many opportunities to play music in solo, chamber, and orchestral settings. He received a bachelor's degree in Viola Performance at USU where he studied with Bradley Ottesen. Patrik has served as the principal violist in the USU Symphony Orchestra and performed as a soloist with the orchestra as a winner of the 2018-19 USU Concerto Competition. He currently plays in the Idaho Falls Symphony. He also has a love for computers, cars, and nature. Patrik lives with his wife, Laurana, and their kitten, Felix.
