Cost Breakdown

- Meals - $300
- Housing (optional) - $300
Housing is in the Merrill Hall student dorms, a 1-minute walk away from the Chase Fine Arts Center. Meals will be provided by USU Dining Services. Students who wish to stay off campus will not pay the $300 housing fee.
Tuition due after acceptance and at time of registration.
About your tuition
Our goal with the FSCMF is to provide a transformational musical experience for all the students who attend, and also to make sure that this experience is affordable and accessible to all. With support from USU’s College of Arts & Sciences, the Music Department, and the many private donors who attend our spring fundraiser, we are able to keep our tuition cost a fraction of what it would be without this subsidy.
- Actual cost per student, including tuition, housing, and meals: $2,500.00
- Total amount requested, per student: $1,158.00
- Automatic scholarship, per student: $1,342.00
