Helena, also known as Mimi, Miyazawa is a senior studying Interior Architecture and Design at Utah State University. While balancing her life as a student-athlete who competes in cross-country and track year-round. Running has been her joy in life, with a twist of creativity at her fingertips. Designing has been an inspiration to move forward and to design for good. When Mimi was little, her passion for becoming a designer started with her drawing floor plans with her family during church. Her dream started to grow when she job shadowed at FFKR. She kept moving forward ever since. She loves how design can impact individuals' and families' lives based on principles that are used in space. She believed design can be used for good and should be used for good! Mimi is hands-on and has skills in CAD, Revit, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand renderings, showing hard work and dedication.

This tactile wallcovering brings the iconic song “Sound of Silence” by Simon & Garfunkel to life through art and touch. While the design captures the song’s beauty visually, hidden Braille details allow you to experience its music through your fingertips. It’s a multi-sensory creation that transforms a wall into a work of art, inviting you to see, feel, and connect with music in a whole new way.
Runiverse
The future of running retail—where innovation, performance, and design merge seamlessly. This cutting-edge store redefines the shopping experience with a track-inspired layout, an indoor running loop, and high-tech gait analysis stations that ensure every runner finds their perfect fit. From the moment customers step inside, they are immersed in a space designed for movement—featuring dynamic lighting, energy-driven color schemes, and sleek, aerodynamic forms that echo the spirit of speed and endurance. More than just a store, this is an interactive destination where runners of all levels can test, train, and thrive.
Pretzeled
The Blending traditional German architecture with a welcoming, contemporary feel, the shop features rustic timber accents, pretzel-shaped details, and hand-painted murals. Inside, guests can enjoy freshly baked Swabian-style pretzels, hearty rye bread, and classic Brotzeit platters at long wooden tables with checkered runners and ceramic beer mugs, creating the perfect communal dining experience
