Step 2 First-Year Foundations Interior Architecture & Design Portfolio

Portfolios are due at noon on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Make sure you are using your USU A# e-mail address on all steps (including naming your file) and check it frequently. If there are any problems with your submission, we will contact you on your USU A# e-mail.

Download the Portfolio Template Please follow the guidelines on each page and save as a pdf titled as your lastname-firstname-emailaddress.pdf. The pdf file should be ten pages in length.

Reminder: Your name cannot appear anywhere in the portfolio other than the name of the PDF file. Your name and email are needed in the file name to track your portfolio through the review process. The review administrator will rename all PDFs with a unique alphanumeric code.

Save your file using your LASTNAME-FIRSTNAME-EMAILADDRESS.PDF

The maximum file size is 25MB for the PDF, and if you reduce the file size, it will upload much quicker and be less problematic. Double-check that the quality of the images in your portfolios is high once the file has been reduced. Refer to this video tutorial if you need further instruction on reducing the file size. The review results will be announced via email on or before between December 12-15, 2025.
