About the Utah State University Museum of Anthropology
The Utah State University Museum of Anthropology is a student and community centered institution committed to excellence in cultural heritage stewardship and community engagement. We champion exceptional experiential education, research and discovery, and community engagement and partnerships.
We curate impactful experiences using the museum’s collections that enrich, inspire, and engage our community in cultural education.
Anthropology, as the museum presents it, is more than the mere study of cultures; it is the study of human behavior, past, present, and future. The museum introduces visitors to the human experience from diverse social and cultural backgrounds through exhibits and special programs that focus on a variety of ideas, such as how human lives change and where are we going, how we share knowledge, and how we produce art.
