Criminal Justice is a rapidly expanding field that provides a wide variety of career paths. Because our criminal justice system reflects the realities and concerns of society, the Criminal Justice program draws from a wide variety of academic disciplines such as political science, psychology, history, and sociology.
The Criminal Justice faculty is comprised of both former practitioners with experience in the criminal justice system and research-informed academics. This combination of practical experience and academic experience provides students with a well-rounded understanding of the criminal justice system.
Criminal Justice faculty are located at various USU campuses throughout the state, including Logan, Price, Blanding, and Tooele. Most Criminal Justice courses are offered both through video broadcast and online, allowing students to take courses at one of USU’s statewide campuses or complete their degree entirely online.
