Biography

Glen Andrew Haas is a Professional Practice Assistant Professor in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and a retired Police Commander. He teaches undergraduate courses in Criminal Justice and coordinates the Public Safety Leadership Development Program.

Teaching Interests: Glen Andrew Haas is passionate about equipping future criminal justice professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their careers. His teaching interests include:

  • The criminal justice system, corrections, LE communications, and leadership and management
Glen is committed to fostering a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and practical application of theoretical concepts. His diverse professional background and academic experience provide a rich foundation for students pursuing careers in criminal justice and public safety.
