Meet Ian Buchanan!

Ian is a Junior studying BFA Lighting Design. Ian's love of theatre began in high school.  

"I did it all through high school and really loved it then, so I'm pursuing it now! Right after graduation, I hope to work on tours and then find lighting or stage management work in a bunch of big cities."  

Asked what advice Ian would leave to the next generation of students, he responded,  

"Especially for tech students, take initiative and ask questions. It helps put you out there so the professors know you want opportunities to learn."
