Dr. Corrine Ellsworth Beaumont, PhD MFA, is a pioneering communication designer and the visionary founder and CEO of Dandelion Health and the Know Your Lemons Foundation, a global charity dedicated to revolutionizing breast health education for early detection. Her creative solution? Using visual metaphor to teach about symptoms, screening, and cancer diagnosis to overcome taboo, fear and literacy issues. Since starting the foundation with her own savings in 2017, her work has reached over 2 billion people helping to save many lives worldwide. This includes the Webby winning Know Your Lemons app (which beat Apple Fitness this year!), an early detection campaign in over 40 languages, a volunteer breast health educator program, and the Know Your Lemons partnership network of hospitals, governments, and NGOs in over 75 countries. In addition to her groundbreaking international design work, Corrine has been actively involved in international panels such as the WHO Global Breast Cancer Initiative and has been a featured speaker at prestigious events like the United Nations Conference, and the World Cancer Congress. She was named by Google as a featured app developer in 2025 and was the subject of a short Google Play film. Her TEDx talk, showcasing her innovative approach to using design in healthcare, received a standing ovation. Beyond her professional achievements, Corrine enjoys travel adventures with her daughter Olive, and hiking with her fluffy dog Daisy.
