Biography

Scientific instrument repair and maintenance service is provided under the direction of the Chemistry & Biochemistry Department for the entire University. Priority is given to those departments in the College of Arts & Sciences. This enterprise has facilities for restoration and repair of a wide range of electronic instruments. It also has a stock of standard parts as well as the capability of securing special parts in a timely manner when necessary. All inquiries used to be directed to the Instrument technician.

Work will normally be handled on a first come, first served basis, as parts and supplies are available. Payments are handled through the "on campus A number" system. 

A "Research Support Invoice" is filled out, by the customer, at the beginning of the project, which acts as the work order of record.
