Study Abroad Scholarships
The English Department can offer a limited number of $500 non-qualified scholarships to support its declared undergraduate majors and minors who have enrolled or will enroll in a USU-approved, credit-bearing study abroad program in Spring or Summer 2026.
Applications related to Spring programs are due by January 15, 2026. Applications for Summer programs are due by March 1, 2026.
The application asks for a 250-word statement that describes the study-abroad program and explains how it will benefit the student’s educational and/or professional goals. Applicants must supply a current resume and confirm that they have submitted a current FAFSA.
