Utah State University will present a diverse schedule of arts events and performances throughout November. The month’s offerings highlight the creativity and talent found across the university’s arts programs.
October at Utah State University will bring a wide variety of arts events and performances for the community to enjoy. Whether you’re a longtime arts enthusiast or simply looking for something new to experience, there’s something on campus for everyone.
The Caine School of the Arts will host the world-renowned Utah Symphony for a special one-night performance in Logan. The event will begin at 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 11 in the Daines Concert Hall.

Apply/Audition
Auditions will be held on different dates in February. Find the audition dates, deadlines, and pre-screening requirements on our Application page.
Students who are unable to travel to campus for a live audition may submit a video audition.
Scholarship Deadlines
To quality for scholarships, there are some important deadlines to remember:
- You must complete the USU Admission Application by December 1st to be eligible for academic scholarships
- Complete the USU General Scholarship Application by March 30th (this requires an A-number)
- Caine Scholars for Excellence deadline is March 15th, early application is encouraged
- Complete your FAFSA, even if you don't think you will qualify for federal financial aid, to ensure you are eligible for more scholarships regardless of your need index
