The American Festival Chorus and Orchestra launches its 19th season with an electrifying evening of brass, organ, and choral splendor. Renowned organist Richard Elliott joins members of the Utah Symphony Brass for a program overflowing with brilliance and inspiration, including virtuosic organ solos, Norman Dello Joio’s stirring To Saint Cecilia, and John Rutter’s jubilant Gloria for choir, brass, percussion, and organ. A thrilling showcase of musical power, beauty, and celebration opens another exciting season with AFCO.
