Biography
Stephanie Larson holds multiple degrees in Trumpet Performance, with a Bachelor's degree from Utah State University, and a Master's degree from University of North Texas. Her teachers include Dr. Max Matzen, Caleb Hudson, and Adam Gordon.
During her undergraduate degree at Utah State, Stephanie was a featured soloist with USU's Symphony Orchestra as a winner of the 2016 Student Concerto Competition. Stephanie has performed at the 2018 International Trumpet Guild Conference, 2019 National Trumpet Competition, and with the UNT Baroque Orchestra at the 2019 Boston Early Music Festival.
She has also performed with the Lyric Repertory Company, Music Theater West, American Festival Orchestra and Chorus, New American Philharmonic, and the Utah Festival Opera. More recently, Stephanie was thrilled to attend and compete at the 2022 International Women's Brass Conference.
