USU Bands Invitational Registration Form

Registration is a two-step process:

  1. Complete the on-line registration form
  2. Make the required on-line $120 payment (link will be sent to Band Director's email once registration form is received)
Your place is not reserved, unless both steps are completed.
Band Information
Instrument Needs

Guest bands provide their own drum sticks, mallets, and small percussion equipment (e.g. snares, cymbals, bells, etc.). Select any large percussion instruments that you with to have USU furnish.

Please do not request other items on-site.

So we can provide a list of the music played by the various bands, please complete the following (limit the total playing time to 20 minutes).

We will try to schedule your band as close to your preference as possible.
