Standard Student Recital & Capstone Package in Russell/Wanlass Performance Hall

All reservation requests must be made at least 6 weeks in advance via EMS.

Recital Package: $125 + FOH charges (approx. $88)

Includes
  • 45- min setup time with one tech
  • 30-minute rehearsal & soundcheck with one tech starting 45 minutes before performance
  • One hour performance time
  • Three techs for performance – Backstage SM, Lighting op, Audio op
  • Piano with bench, if requested
  • Padded Chair and Music Stand
  • Handheld wireless microphone on stand
  • Stereo room mic recording unedited and delivered after performance via Box link
  • Basic concert stage lighting

Additional Tech Options
  • + $75 - Single Camera Video Recording and/or Live Streaming includes a video technician for 3 hours.
  • + $25 - Audio playback stereo track from stage DI or booth laptop with stage monitor
  • + $50 - Media presentation system
    • Projector and screen with HDMI connection or Production Services laptop
    • PowerPoint and remote control available upon request
  • + $175 Ensemble set up for up to 5 additional musicians' microphone and monitor package:
    • Up to twelve microphone inputs for drums, piano, other instruments, background singers, etc.
    • Up to four stage monitors with two mixes
    • A downbeat for soundcheck with all the musicians is required 30 minutes before normal rehearsal time.
    • Additional tech for setup - 45 min for setup and 15 min for strike

6:00pm – 6:45pm: Production Setup
6:45pm – 7:15pm: Rehearsal & Soundcheck
7:00pm: House Manager and 2 Ushers arrive
7:15pm – 7:30pm: Doors open; Audience enters
7:30pm – 8:30pm: Performance
8:30pm – 9:00pm: Production Strike

7:00pm: House Manager and 2 Ushers arrive

*Front Of House charges listed above are an estimate for a House Manager and 2 Ushers. Charges will be adjusted for
time and if the personnel can be found. 

  • This is required for all events with an audience.
