High Frequency Radio Wave Propagation - Sample Data

Sample data file

The above sample data image shows the important elements of our output.  Typically we compare received signal strengths from several different NCDXF beacons against three important Space Weather parameters: GOES X-Ray flux (Solar Flares), GOES Proton flux (Coronal Mass Ejections), and the Kp Index (Geomagnetic Conditions).  Our goal is to better understand how HF propagation is impacted by these space weather conditions.   Question? david.smith@usu.edu
