She actively works to promote and advocate for teacher and student wellness in schools where she has been a nationally recognized trainer in the area of trauma sensitive schools, particularly how to implement mental health and wellness support in a multi-tiered system of support. She has partnered with United Healthcare and Intermountain Healthcare to onboard a model she created for Wellness Rooms as a trauma sensitive Tier 1 intervention for students and teachers. She has worked with hundreds of schools throughout Utah and schools in Alaska, Florida and New Mexico. She has consulted with schools and professionals in Pennsylvania, California, Texas, Colorado, Washington, and Hawaii where these supports have been implemented.
