Research and creative activities in the College of Arts & Sciences encompass the systematic and imaginative exploration of ideas, phenomena, and human experience to generate new knowledge, insights, or artistic expression across the sciences, humanities, and arts.
Presentation Opportunities
Internships

Internships in the College of Arts & Sciences help students engage in workplace experiences before or right after graduation. Through various alumni, community, and industry partnerships, students can get hands-on experience while developing durable skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
Study Abroad

The College of Arts & Sciences encourages undergraduates to participate in a variety of study abroad opportunities. Many program and faculty-led opportunities exist within the college to help students engage in experiential learning abroad while receiving academic credit.
Community Service

As part of our land-grant mission, the College of Arts & Sciences recognizes the importance of serving our community, valley, state, nation, and world. ArtSci students are encouraged to participate in community service opportunities that help uplift the community in their role as citizen scholars.
