Shin Chi Fame Kao

Biography

Shin Chi Fame Kao, Ed.D., serves as the Chinese Language Coordinator and Curriculum Director at the Utah Bridge Program within the Second Language Teaching and Research Center at the University of Utah. Additionally, she co-teaches the Chinese Bridge course at Tooele High School for Utah State University. Her research interests encompass immersion education, second language pedagogy, professional development for educators, and Chinese language proficiency assessment.
