Artist's Statement
The focus for my project is on evolving climate and environmental degration created by human actions. The series of 10 photos will juxtapose natural landscapes and objects with their unnatural counterparts, such as trash besides a vibrant flower. Through the project I hope to raise awareness about the deteriorating state of our planets environment.
Furthermore, this project aims to be a reflection of the consequences in our daily choices and consumption habits. This will be done by presenting bold contrasts between the beauty of nature and the detrimental impact of human activities. Through these provoking images I hope to promote environmental change for the well-being of future generations.
