About Me
I am a graduate student at Utah State University and a secondary math teacher in Moab, Utah. As a nontraditional student, I am pursuing graduate coursework to strengthen both my content knowledge and pedagogical practices in mathematics instruction.
Why I Came to USU
I selected USU because of the opportunity to be instructed by experienced faculty who are deeply engaged in both mathematical research and mathematics education. Their expertise, combined with USU’s strong reputation for supporting educators in rural communities, made it the ideal place for me to further my professional and academic goals.
