Visit the Music Office FAC 102 to get any keys you need this semester (locker keys, piano keys, etc.)
End of Semester Checklist
Complete your IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction (SRI’s) before finals week
Personalized links will be sent to your USU email
Complete your Qualtrics Ratings of Individual Instruction before finals week
Links will be sent to your USU email and QR codes will be posted in practice rooms
Get your Concert Attendance approved by your applied instructor and turn it in to FAC 102
After completing your recital, please help us out by removing any posters and flyers you posted around the building
Turn piano keys in to the Music Office FAC 102
If you are graduating or leaving USU, please return any classroom/office keys and prox cards to the Key Office (east of Aggie Ice Cream)
Fall semester only – If you will not continue using your instrument locker in the Spring, please notify the Music Office so we can clear your reservation from the system
Spring semester only – Clean out your instrument locker and return the locker key
Locker keys may be placed in the black drop box outside the Music Office. Please write your name, A-number, and locker number on the provided envelope
