About the Building Recovery Resilience Program
The Building Recovery Resilience Program is a person centered, strength-based relapse prevention and recovery-oriented program. It is an application of Mind Body Bridging and was developed at the I System Institute for Transdisciplinary Studies at Utah State University.
The program supports individuals in building a Recovery Resilience Practice that strengthens their ability to respond to cravings, triggers, stress, and high-risk situations without returning to substance use.
The clinician certification focuses on learning how to guide individuals through this program with clarity, care, and consistency.
