Advanced
Certification in the I-System Model and Mind-Body Bridging involves two semester courses that combine theory, research, skill practice, and supervised application. Practitioners learn to:
- Recognize how stress and identity affect perception and behavior
- Use awareness to calm reactivity in real time
- Support clients in developing healthier patterns and relationships
- Develop and sustain their own personal MBB practice
Graduates demonstrate competency in using MBB to strengthen mental health, well-being, and performance in their own lives and in their work with clients.
