The Certified Mind-Body Bridging Educator Program prepares educators to teach Mind-Body Bridging principles and practices to their students. This program was developed with direct input from teachers and administrators who wanted practical tools to support the social and emotional well-being of students while improving learning outcomes.
Educators, administrators, counselors, coaches, school social workers, psychologists, and others who support student success can participate in this certification pathway.

Why Educators Choose This Program
Mind-Body Bridging offers simple awareness tools that help students settle stress, increase attention, and build emotional regulation. When educators learn to use these skills themselves, they can model and teach them in ways that feel natural and effective in everyday classroom life.
Participants learn how to integrate MBB into school routines and create learning spaces that are calmer, more focused, and more connected.
