College of Arts & Sciences Scholarship Appeal Policy & Process

Appeals are required to request an exception to the terms and conditions of any accepted scholarship or to dispute the retraction of an award offer. Under Utah State University Policy 4201 appeals are required to request an exception to the terms and conditions of any accepted scholarship or to dispute the retraction of a College of Arts & Science award offer. Examples include, but are not limited to: reduced credit hour requirement, deferral of award offer to an alternate semester, explanation of extenuating circumstances, etc.

If your scholarship is an academic award you received upon admission to USU, this is not the appeals form to use. Please use the Academic Scholarship appeals form.
