Graduate Student Teacher of the Year
The Graduate Student Teacher of the Year is given each year to recognize and emphasize excellence in graduate teaching. Other scholarly activities may be considered in the selection process, but the main emphasis will be on teaching duties performed and contributions made, with a secondary emphasis on GPA. The college will select two recipients, one mentor for Masters students, and one mentor for Ph.D. students.
Criteria
- Nominee must be a matriculated graduate student.
Nomination Materials
- A letter of nomination of up to two pages from the department head or designee.
- Abbreviated CV related to the awards criteria provided by the nominee.
Recognition
Recognized at the College Awards Ceremony and the annual Robins Awards.
Due Date
Nominations are due to the box folder provided by Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office during the open nomination window between December 1-15.
