Professional Practice or Clinical Faculty of the Year Award
The Professional Practice or Clinical Faculty of the Year Award is given each year to recognize and emphasize excellence in our clinical and professional ranks. This is a college-level award. There is no university counterpart.
Criteria
- Excellence in professional or clinical domains of expertise as evidenced by established university and department metrics, peer evaluations, and student letters.
- At least three years of prior service at USU with sustained excellence.
Nomination Materials
- A letter of nomination of up to two pages from the department head or designee.
Recognition
Recognized at the College Awards Ceremony.
Each department may nominate one person for this award who meets the criteria outlined.
Due Date
Nominations are due to the box folder provided by Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office during the open nomination window between December 1-15.
