Fill out an application for candidacy for a doctoral degree through the School of Graduate Studies.

Thesis Project Approval (Master's Students Only)
Fill out the the thesis project approval form required for all MS Plan A students.

Annual Professional Development Plan
Complete this with your committee to reflect on your Individual Development Plan and the goals for your training. 
APDP
Comprehensive Exam
Both MS & PhD candidates are required to take comprehensive exams. MS students can take either a written or oral exam. PhD students must take both. Have your faculty advisor reach out to the GPC after you have completed your exams.

Schedule an Appointment for your exam and set up your defense date.

Your GPC will submit this form after you have defended.

Agree on the format and style of your thesis or dissertation early in the writing process.This form should be completed after your defense.
