Kaylee (Cheshire) Westhora is the Undergraduate Recruitment Specialist for the Quinney College of Agriculture & Natural Resources at Utah State University. A proud USU alumna, she graduated in 2022 with a degree in Communication Studies and a Certificate in Conflict Management and Facilitation. In her role at Utah State University, Kaylee uses her communication and relationship-building skills to help high school and transfer students explore academic opportunities and discover pathways that align with their goals. Prior to joining USU, she worked as a seminary teacher in Cache Valley, where she developed a passion for mentoring and supporting young people as they navigate important life decisions.

Students interested in careers in recruitment, higher education, communication, conflict management, student affairs, or public engagement will gain insight into the power of effective communication, meaningful relationships, and service-oriented leadership. Kaylee is also actively involved as Co-President of the Heravi Peace Institute Alumni Association, where she works to strengthen alumni connections and support the institute's mission alongside fellow alumni and community partners.

A Utah native, Kaylee was born and raised in Layton before making Logan her home while attending Utah State University. She and her husband, Daniel, were married in 2025 and currently reside in Logan. Outside of work and volunteer service, Kaylee enjoys journaling, reading, completing puzzles, eating chocolate, watching football, and going on adventures with friends and family.
