College of Arts & Sciences Steering Committee

About the ArtSci Steering Committee

The ArtSci Steering Committee is a representative body guiding the creation of a strategic vision for the new College of Arts and Sciences. Formed to ensure this process is collaborative, thoughtful, and inclusive, the committee brings together faculty, staff, and students from across our diverse departments, programs, and affiliated resources.

The committee’s work includes:

  • Identifying existing strengths within our college
  • Recognizing challenges and pain points in the transition
  • Recommending actionable steps to support strategic planning
  • Ensuring robust participation from the ArtSci community throughout the year

The ArtSci Steering Committee plays a pivotal role in shaping a strong future for the college, grounded in shared governance and broad representation.
