College of Arts & Sciences Awards

The College of Arts and Sciences is dedicated to recognizing and rewarding faculty and staff for their commitment to excellence, outstanding performance, and selfless contributions. We highly encourage each department to consider nominating in as many categories as they can to showcase the outstanding work in their area.

Department Heads may wish to form committees or establish designees to assist with their departmental awards process.

Nomination Process

• Letter of Nomination: With each nomination, we require a letter of nomination of up to 2 pages. This can be written by the department head or their designee.
• CV: The college dean’s office will pull an abbreviated CV from Watermark for all faculty nominations to be included with their materials.

For awards that go to the university-level, the college will send forward the top two winners.

Deadline

All materials will be accepted through a box folder during the open nomination window between December 1-15, 2025. Department Heads have access to the Box folder, please contact them if you are a designee for access.
